CartPro was written specifically with your needs in mind. Our goal is to make CartPro so easy to use that you will never need to utilize our help nor our manual(which we do have). We constantly strive to add features while keeping that goal in mind.

Sales Call (Prospecting) Features. You Will Make more Sales - Extensive Marketing Features. A full featured prospecting function allows you to very quickly define any subgroup of prospects/customers into a retrieved list onscreen. You then simply right click on each prospect/customer to pop up a screen which displays pertinent information and automatically logs date and time, and allows you to enter the call history. This pop up screen also gives you immediate jumps to both Customer Specific Pricing and your Task Scheduler. Therefore, while you are discussing business with your prospect you can set his very own prices if necessary, set call back dates and any other information discussed. When you are ready to call the next propect/customer simply hit the X to close the current window and your retrieved list is ready for you to right click on the next prospect.

Mailout Marketing (Form Letter) Features. Thank you letters, sales letters, collection letters, you name it you can do it. Now you can easily send form letters to practically any group of customers/prospects you can imagine. CartPro does all the work, you simply type your letter and we handle the merging for the addresses etc. in the background. It just doesnt get any easier than this! CartPro even goes a step further by providing envelopes and standard Avery Label compatibility so you can print labels for the letters you send.

Pricing Features. You Will Spend less time on Invoicing and paperwork - Incredible Invoicing Features. To get you started quickly, CartPro gives you two ways to get your products defined. First, we can import your products and prices from a comma delimited ascii file which is the most popular way to transfer data from virtually any program. Second, we provide you with a pre-defined list of products commonly used by other rechargers complete with prices. You simply click on the ones you want and add them to your very own product list. And, third you can enter additional or all of your products using a user friendly data input screen. CartPro pricing is very flexible giving you every option you can imagine. There is a base price for each cartridge and then we have up to four quantity tiers that you can define each having a different price. You can also group each product into a category for reporting income per category for example. But, the most important feature of pricing is what we give you next - CUSTOMER SPECIFIC PRICING! You can retrieve any or all customers and press the specific pricing button. Up pops that individual customers pricing screen listing all your products and the normal pricing. Now you can choose to give them a percentage discount off the normal price, percentage discount off all pricing including tiered pricing, or press specific price and key that customers very own price in. This screen is accessible from the prospecting feature so you can set these prices when you are marketing and negotiating with the customer.

Invoicing Features. The heart and soul of CartPro is the Invoicing Feature. As a popular commercial says "It just doesnt get any better than this!". Very simply, our Invoicing was written for us rechargers because non of the other products can do what we need. You can choose your customer by phone number, name, virtually any field, and then once chosen simply click Take Order - up pops our invoicing screen. At the bottom of the screen is a complete history in a detailed list of that customers past orders and a memo section where you stored anything you want about the customer including directions, printers, etc.. You can type freehand descriptions, pricing, quantity for ultimate flexibility, or you can utilize our drop down boxes and click on the product they request. CARTPRO AUTOMATICALLY PULLS THAT CUSTOMER'S PRICING. You never have to worry about invoicing or pricing again CartPro does all the work for you. As you key in the order the total is automatically updating complete with taxes already defaulted so you can tell the customer the order total immediately. And for those customers who say " I need 3 more cartridges" - Hah! Finally you are able to peruse their past history which is already on the screen and respond " I see on the 15th of last month you ordered 3 IBM 4039 Cartridges, I will get these out for you today" - man, this is simply awesome! You must experience this for yourself.

Accept Payments Features. Very easy and flexible screen allows you to apply a payment to a single or to multiple invoices. Also allow you to apply overpayments or partial payments. It even gives you credits and discounts in case you used discount coupons in marketing or you credit someone for a bad cartridge or something.

Task Scheduler. You will never forget again. Complete To Do list and task scheduler allows you to schedule follow up marketing, or printer cleanings, maintenance, or simply to remind you to pick up the milk. Whatever you need to do go to the Task Scheduler and dont forget agan.

Test Printing Features. Improve Cartridge Quality. White sheet, Black Sheet, horizontal gradients, circular gradients, TEXT examples and many more. Our Test prints can even incorporate your name or saying within the Test pattern for a more professional look. You will be proud to include one of our test prints with every cartridge you build. Oh, and we even have color test prints for your new line of inkjet cartridges.

Inventory Features. Easily track on-hand inventory for each of your products. CartPro automatically deducts the correct quantity of cartridges from your inventory when you ship the order after invoicing. You have the ability to edit the quantity on hand at any time in order to add the new cartridges you build or otherwise adjust inventory.

Cartridge Supply Tracking Features. CartTrak makes it easy track the supplies used to build each of your products.  You can finally keep track of all the supply items you use and CartTrak automatically deducts the correct quantity of supplies from your supply inventory when you build each cartridge. You can set up default supplies used in each cartridge and adjust the individual items when building.  You have unlimited notes for each cartridge and CartTrak keeps an ongoing history of every supply item ever used in each cartridge.  You have the ability to edit the quantity on hand at any time in order to add to the supplies you purchase or otherwise adjust inventory.   FINALLY!  Now for the first time you will have the ability to track supplies used to defects and keep an ongoing history of this essential information for each cartridge.

Cartridge to Customer Tracking Features. Built in barcoding capability makes it easy track each cartridge sent to each customer.  You can either key in the serial number or scan the barcode as you ship cartridges to each customer.  CartTrak keeps track of where each cartridge is at all times.  You will have quick report summaries of how many empties of each type of cartridge you have onhand, how many are checked out to customers, and who has them.  You will have more information than ever before.  On the receive cartridge screen you have unlimited notes and defect history to keep the critical data necessary to make management decisions.

Edit Features. Customer can't make up their mind? Don't worry! CartPro has user friendly edit capability for any outstanding invoice. You are able to edit everything from changing product description, quantity, price, ship location, etc. You can even add a new product to the order, practically anything pertaining to the order. We all have the callbacks where they just remembered they needed something else, or decided they want to go ahead and order four so they get the quantity discount.

Customer Summary Screens. Ever want a single screen that shows everything about any prospect or customer? Well, your wish is my command! CartPro does it again, one screen with everything: past order history, past payment history, memo notes, memo sales call history, salesman, territory -- virtually everything you can imagine all at a glance.


This is just a small portion of what CartPro can do for you. I havent the time to key in all the features, but hopefully I have given you enough information for you to decide you need to take the plunge and place the order for CartPro. If you are already using another package like Quickbooks, DacEasy, Peachtree, etc., I am sure you were reading above and said to yourself "Ah, my program can already do that" BUT, I am also sure that if you honestly think for a moment you read other things listed above that you thought "Dang, I wish my program could do that" Thats my point, CartPro does it ALL, CartPro is for YOU and I guarantee it.
