Priority Plan
Vivid provides the Priority Plan for customers who want red carpet treatment when it comes to support and also want to receive our newest software as soon as it hits the shelves. For $50 per month or $500 annually, Priority Members receive the following:

  • Access to all new software released by Vivid for the recharging industry
  • Access to all new upgrades/patches for their licensed Vivid software
  • Priority position in the support queue over all non-priority customers

Technical Support
If you need technical assistance with any of Vivid's software products, you may obtain it by sending email to support@cartpro.com or by calling our technical support line at 612-338-0794. If you contact us via email, please include a full description of the problem with as much detail as possible so that we can assist you efficiently.

Mailing List
Whenever we have special offers on our products or when we introduce a new software package, we like to let our customers know by email or regular mail. If you would like to receive notification of the things going on at Vivid, please email us and enter "Mailing List" as the subject line. Don't forget to specify whether you prefer email or regular mail and include your address. Don't get left out in the cold!
