![]() Our customers are our best source of new ideas for our software, so please take this time and use our Feedback Form to tell us what you think. Comments from email we have received... I must tell you though, working with people like you and your wife makes it very easy tosupport your efforts. I only wish there were more people of your caliber in our industry. Dave, Thanx for the quick response! Dropping the Price.. Well if you need to to gain Market share why not? (I think at 450.00 I got a good deal!) Thanks for the fast response. Excited! Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how much I love the reports in Cartpro. We're starting to get enough invoices and stuff in there now for me to be able to try some of the features from this spectacular software. Thanks buddy, I'll be in touch, Congratulations on finishing your final update. I will definately d/l as soon as it is available. This is what you work for. You have many many hours of trials and tribulations, and then you end up with a "to die for program". Please pass my thanks on to the other programmers. You guysdeserve a standing ovation. (I am standing and typing at the same time, pretty tough to do). Thanks for the tip. I went up to 24meg of RAM and WOOOOOOOW! And guess what, I figured out how to put it in all by myself. Figure That. A few more lessons over the phone from you and who knows what I'll try next. I can guarantee you that with your open acception of suggestions and willingness to improve the product that you will flourish. There is no one marketing such a product and it could be your key to success and fame! One thing I know is that Quick Books and all the other software does not work for this industry and I have had it! It is the person behind the sale who is the product. I promise you a raving reveiw of yourself, and I am sure your software once I fully implement it. I wish you complete success and thank you. Congrats! I did what you said and went into cartpro and so far, i am able to print everything i want to. Thanx for the quick response. GLAD TO SEE THAT WAS SUCH AN EASY FIX. Thanks, we got the updated Canadian invoice and the latest with the Postal Code capabilities, now it works great! Once I get started using the CartTrak program, I will be using your program ONLY! ;) We're all looking forward to making your system work out for us here. It has a lot of features that we've been looking for. Thanks for the quick response. Any special tips for working on a server? I have Cartpro on a server to share prospect database amongst my tele marketers, this will be awesome when I get it shared! YES!!! Hi Dave, I converted db in trak and it is working WONDERFUL. I sure am happy to be up to 3.3. Keep up the great work! I'll be a Cartpro user for many years to come. I think it is VERY fair to charge $20/$200. You guys go above and beyond to help us out. If someone says different, tell them to give Bill Gates a call and see how fast they get to speak with him. :) Thanks for the fast response. Thanks for the new version. I downloaded it when we got home. Good news: the two product listing reports now work perfectly. The new product screen looks great! Dave: I downloaded the new ver321 tonight and printed reports and invoices. REALLY BIG DIFFERENCE! :) just lettin ya know the other new reports look great! :--) Thanks for the advice - I think you said what I thought. But hearing it from someone else make me feel better. Again - Thanks! Thanks for getting back so fast... I've been using CartPro quite a bit because we're up and running...finally. Also, I noticed a new update on your page...which one do I need to download? And will this affect any of the data I already have entered? It's a great product with endless possibilities! Thanks! (NOTE: Updates don't affect existing data) I downloaded the update and kept all my data...which is great...By the way, the tax problem I wrote you about yesterday seems to work now. Thanks for the quick response. Dave: YAHOO it worked. thanks a bunch! Thanks again for your networking help. Do you think Rechargers will want the maintenance Plan? (Well they better want it. I don't see them making it with out it... and what a deal! All the upgrades, and they get to give you input on what to put in the upgrade. How can they go wrong.) The reports on the new CartPro are great! I tried everything that I could think of and only came up with one problem. On the original version of CartPro when I left clicked on a customer or prospect's name all the info on that client/company was available. Now I have to right click and it brings up a screen called "Enter Prospecting Information". It doesn't show their order history but does show memo history. I understand this was a problem and was going to be fixed. Overlooked? Problem on my end? Please advise. (NOTE: Edit button pulls info she wanted) Thank you very much for all the help. Everything is working OK, all our orders are out even the DROPSHIP. I got a call from Bob in Philadelphia and I bragged of how good Cartpro works in our Industry. I then downloaded the big file and everything works now. I'm pretty sure that the Daisytek SOLO software is the offending piece of software. It is also highly likely that other business like ours would use SOLO. Anyway, thanks for the file - I'm really excited about CartPro! Thanks for responding! In your spare time (ha ha) give me a call when you plan to expand into a printer service module, we do a ton of service work & I can give you the info to help develop. I LOVE MY "SALES REPORT SUMMARY" Just Converted My Data ..Thanks! The quickbooks conversion program is pretty neat. I was well pleased that we were able to import so much of the data, it is much better than I anticipated it would be. Hi Dave, Everything is going great. I love the changes. Dave... They look Great... I really appreciate you taking the time to work on them for me. You really go the extra mile for you customers... Again Thanks! They all look good... Best of the New year to you and I hope this turns out to be a great year for you and your product.
